Air conditioning
Air conditioning (often referred to as AC, A/C or air con) is a system used to cool down the temperature in an inside space by removing the existing heat and moisture from the room.
Heating
There are many different types of heating system, but broadly those using fuel combustion as a heat source and those using other sources (electricity, solar). These systems can either heat the air directly or indirectly (via water or steam). The most common types of heating equipment are boilers, furnaces, space heaters and heat pumps.
Ventilation
Ventilation systems provide fresh air from the outdoors, whilst air conditioning systems cool a space down. There are three methods that may be used to ventilate a building: natural, mechanical and hybrid (mixed-mode) ventilation’.
Hot & Cold Water Systems
Hot and Cold Water Systems include the pipework to carry the water from the mains to the outlet. For larger installations, careful calculation of the loading units and pipe size is essential to ensure sufficient water supply.

Public Health Services involves designing systems for water supply and sanitation to work in conjunction with mechanical and electrical engineering components.

Building Management Systems (BMS), are used to monitor and control building services such as Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning. It is also used to monitor energy consumption. The BMS system can help to adjust systems to ensure they are performing in the most energy efficient way, saving our clients money and giving them full control of their building services.
